Some duties include overseeing staff and personnel, financial matters, medical care, medical supplies, facilities, and other duties as specific positions demand.
Education: Being a nursing home administrator requires a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration.
Reflection: Iwould like to be a nursing home administrator because im planning to get a career of nursing.
